The Lincoln County High School boys basketball team played at Calvary Chapel last Friday, losing 59-46. The Lynx fell behind early in the game and were down 18-8 at the end of the first quarter. Elijah Harr, Brady Lawrence and Thomas Gloeckner each had nine points for the Lynx.

Killian Diers had 18 points and Alec Neider had 13 for Calvary.

On Saturday the boys played at The Meadows, and the Mustangs showed why they are the top team in the league, beating Lincoln 85-38. Harr scored 11 points for the Lynx.

Jake Epstein had 29 points for The Meadows and Max Hisatake had 25.

The Mustangs are 21-1 overall the 12-0 in the Division III Southern League. Mountain View (16-6, 12-2) has the second best record in the league.

Lincoln hosts Needles (10-9, 6-7) tonight at 7:30 p.m. and Laughlin (4-14, 2-10) comes to Panaca tomorrow for a 3 p.m. game.
