The Lincoln Lynx Golf Association is starting the 2016 golf league. The league has operated for 10 years with as many as 12 teams and has golfers at all levels, some who had only played a little before, some good golfers and some old timers.
The play will consist of nine hole handicapped matches between two person teams, to be played once a week with day and time to be arranged at the discretion of the teams involved. Participants can pick their own team or the association can arrange for a partner.
Play will start at the beginning of June. Substitutes can be used, so if you have other commitments occasionally it’s OK.
In order to establish your handicap it will be necessary to turn in scores for at least two nine hole rounds, played with league rules (which will be posted at the course) before the league starts.
The LLGA now has a golf cart available for $5 for those who may need it.
